All Hola Luna products are handmade with a conscious ideological effort to use predominantly sustainable materials from either: reclaimed, up-cycled or vintage stock. I have done my best to curate high quality materials in all cases. In some instances, the materials used may have minor cosmetic imperfections that I personally feel add to the ”character” of the item. I realize this aesthetic sensibility may not be shared by everyone, and because I really want you to be happy with your purchase, I only encourage you to buy if you have the same predilection. With that said, please rest assured that I have worked diligently to confirm that every aspect of the product is very well crafted! I was also very conscientious to make sure the photos are representative of the what the products look like in person.
U.S. SHIPPING
Orders will ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail within 1-10 days of purchase. In some unforeseen situation when shipment may exceed this window, you will be notified via email soon as possible.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact me immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with USPS. The US Postal Service has a pretty great track record but they are by no means infallible. Should you prefer to ship through another courier, please contact me. Please know this may increase my flat shipping & handling rate.
Hola Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hopefully this will never happen, but in the unlikely case it does, please contact your local post office to address the situation. In these instances, Hola Luna is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but I will do my best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier.
CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS
Change your mind? No, problem. If I haven’t already shipped the item, I will cancel your order + issue a refund via PayPal as soon as you inform me. If I have already mailed the package, I will issue a full refund once the item has been returned in the same conditioned it was received within 7 days of confirmed receipt on your end. Return shipping must be covered by the buyer.
